Kindly look this up on YouTube or Google with your specific motherboard. Reddit could work too. We cannot help with this because every mainboard is different.
I cannot reinstall windows via settings due to an error?
That is caused due to corrupt files. You would have to reinstall with a USB. Follow the following video:
My serials are not changing for some reason?
In this case, we would have to check a couple of things.
- Are you on a supported motherboard?
- Are you on a custom OS? That could cause unexpected behavior.
- Are on Asus? When u restart ur windows, make sure to do the two command listed in spoofer installation
I have done the process and I'm still banned?

Do I really have to reinstall windows for it to work?
Yes. No exception. The same goes for a new Windows user.
Will I lose all my files after the windows reinstallation?
Yes, all files & settings will be lost. This is needed for a proper woof. you can save some important files (e.g. family pictures) on your USB drive.
I have not received my License key, how do I get it?
That shouldn't have happened, but open a ticket, show us your payment proof and your order # and kindly wait for us to check it and send your License.
Would a router reset/ip reset not work instead of a VPN?
Unfortunately not. A VPN is handy for deflagging your system, and especially network and evertything that evolves around your network, which will be encrypted by a VPN. You should use it for only one week, and therefore it should not be a pain in the ass.
